Full refund
If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it and get a full refund*. Simply contact our online sales department at eshop@luck-bike.es.
Returned products must be in a perfect condition, with no usage marks, and in their original packaging.
Changes of Size
You have 14 days to change the size of your shoes. LUCK® offers a series of guidance tools tools with which to specify the size you need before placing your order. Despite all our efforts to help you find the right size, it may be that you need to change them. You will need to pay for the costs of returning your shoes and once we have received them we will send the new size back to you free of charge.

Guarantee
LUCK® products are covered by a two years guarantee. This guarantee only covers defects caused by manufacturing errors.
Deterioration caused by incorrect use or handling of the material and wear and tear due to normal use are not covered by the guarantee.
*Please note that for international shipments, postal costs will not be refunded.
*No refund for custom fit shoes.
*No refund for used shoes.
*Discounts applied on products over 100 euros. Discounts not applied on sale items.
*Closure system is not part of guarantee, use and maintenance depends on the customer.
