Shall I to create an account?

A customer account is not only necessary to place an order, but it also offers considerable advantages. On your account you will be able to check your current orders.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery time depends on country the order has been placed.

  • Normal shoes: Two weeks to be produced plus delivery days.
  • Luck Fit shoes: Four weeks to be produced plus delivery days.
  • Custom shoes: Five weeks to be produced plus delivery days.

What happens if I am not at home when package arrives?

The postman will leave you a card in your letter box so you can collect your parcel at the post office.

How does the return work?

If you are not satisfy with your purchase you have up 10 days to return it in order to get a refund or size exchange*. Please contact first our online sales department at eshop@luck-bike.es

*Returned products must be in a perfect condition, with no usage marks, and in their original packaging.

How can I cancel an order?

If your order has not been delivered you can cancel it by contacting our customer department pointing out the order number and the name under which the order has been placed.

How do I get my money back after returning the goods?

Processing can take up to 2 weeks after receiving your parcel. However, refunds are normally paid within 7 working days.
